Accenture Federal Services is looking for talented people, and you can help. Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who hire into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors and stay with the company longer. 

You don’t have to be an Accenture Federal Services employee to qualify. Referral bonuses are available to individuals outside of the company. If your candidate is qualified for more than one position, you only need to submit the candidate once. Our recruiting team will explore all options that are potentially a fit! 

For each referral made, we offer the following bonuses paid when your referral has completed 90 calendar days of employment:

All other referrals are paid according to position level, ranging from $1,000-$5,000.
